Canvas Prints - We print on heavy 300gsm 100% cotton canvas to ensure the images are presented at their very best. The printed canvas will receive a protective coating that allows it to be lightly wiped down without fear of damaging the image. The canvas is then stretched over a wooden frame constructed by stretcher bars, being either 1½" or ¾" deep, depending on the size of the canvas. The stretcher bars we use for the frames are made of the finest quality kiln dried fir wood, which has the advantage of being very light, yet extremely hard wearing and not prone to warping like pine or other softwoods. |
